Debbie, the friendly face you see on reception is a veteran vet nurse and has been working in all aspects of the industry for the past 20 years. She has a wealth of knowledge to share and loves building strong, caring relationships with our clients. Mum to the most gorgeous boy.
Bio:
Debbie grew up in Brisbane and has always had a love for animals. She was lucky enough to be given a start 2002 and completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing prior to 2006 when she took a couple of years off to travel New Zealand and then North Qld.
Returning to nursing in Townsville Debbie soon came home to Brisbane where she officially “retired” to a desk job at a Veterinary wholesaler. She managed the export department for 5 years and really enjoyed seeing the industry from a different perspective and on a global scale.
The clinic environment is where Debbie most comfortable, so now you can find her at the reception desk where she love’s meeting people and building relationships, having a chat and of course giving as many pats and treats as she can to all our beautiful patients.
At home Debbie is a Mum to a little person and together they love the beach, going on adventures and just hanging out.
