Other Info: Maycee has a Dogue De Bordeaux named Jeannie. She currently study a Cert II in Animal Studies to pursue her dream of being a Qualified Veterinary Nurse.
Bio:
Maycee has an infinity with animals. Her family having many different types as she grew up, Maycee found she has a love and genuine empathy for them. She takes great care in making sure they have all they need and can often be found curled up in a cage cuddling a recovering surgical patient or feeding them warm roast chicken.
To pursue her dream job of being a veterinary nurse she began volunteering with us in January 2021. It was soon noticed how much love and dedication she had to our clinic and its patients and Maycee was offered a permanent position, which has enabled her to enrol in a Certificate II in Animal studies.
In the future Maycee hopes to successfully complete her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and achieve her dream of caring for animals as a career.
